    This podcast is a must listen for anyone struggling with bladder issues postpartum! Dr. Sarah is a wealth of knowledge and explains things very clearly. I found the podcast really helpful for understanding the different types of leaking and learning what I can start doing to improve my pelvic health while waiting for an appointment with a specialist!

    Thanks Dr. Sarah for sharing your valuable medical advice for folks struggling with bladder issues. Don’t wait to use this advice until you have a “public incident” like I did. So very embarrassing!! I used the journal to see if I could find patterns. Because I’m not sure if I’m doing a keegles correctly I bought a Peri trainer. I just bought it and I’m excited to try it and see if it is a success. Cheers to future dryness!!
