  • Insightful and motivating for graduates

I look forward to every episode, always filled with interesting discussion between Adam and Andrew. As an undergraduate who is pursuing a career in IB, I have found it hard to find such honest contemplation from strong leaders in banking. Banking can appear somewhat covert, but Andrew’s personal insights give it the human element that I have been wanting. I can’t wait to get a taste for the MA Academy over summer. In the meantime, easy listening and thorough reading of the eBook!

  • The key elements to succeed in Business, Sport & Life

Great insights on how to be a leader and set high standards for yourself and others around you. To achieve successes in sport, business and life are surprisingly similar and Andrew does this himself with honesty and humility.
