  • Awesome introduction to investing

GSI is a great intro to investing. Just informative, not patronising, and generally has more ‘timeless’ content so you can enjoy the older episodes as the info is still relevant. Bryce and Ren make it fun but also educational.

Why this MasterChef star wishes he'd started investing at 18
Q: How do you approach investing in other people's businesses—out of belief in the idea or for potential financial return, or both?
Bit of both; there's a strong belief in the people and the product, but also a pragmatic view that if it's going to work, it has to be financially viable and engaging for the long term.
Why this MasterChef star wishes he'd started investing at 18
Q: What was the first thing you decided to put money into outside your main business ecosystem?
The first major outside investment was the Cube Gym, started from scratch in a backyard and then scaled up, showing the power of community and hands-on involvement.

Q: If money was a friend, what kind of friend would you be to it?
I'd be a very strict, monitoring friend who tracks progress closely, ensuring money is used wisely and deliberately.
What’s the the best way to invest in AI? A financial adviser teaches me.
Q: Is it better to invest in the whole AI stack or pick a single area?
For most casual investors, owning exposure to the whole AI stack through broad ETFs is preferable, with selective, smaller bets on specific areas (like memory, software, or robotics) only after gaining experience and clear investment reasoning.
What’s the the best way to invest in AI? A financial adviser teaches me.
Q: What should a beginner look at first when investing in AI?
Focus on broad-based ETFs for core exposure first, then consider a satellite allocation to more concentrated AI slices if you're comfortable with added risk; avoid betting everything on one name and ensure you understand how much you are willing to bet and why.
