I have come to respect the field of functional medicine. I was looking for a podcast to listen on a regular basis. I found this one lacked real structure. Dr Stephanie seems knowledgeable but seemed unprepared and just rambled. She drifted aimlessly from topic to topic. I suspect she is better suited to a shorter format like Tik Tok or IG rather than the longer format of a podcast that needs a planned agenda to function effectively.
Sad but in the beginning feels like a sales pitch for body bio
This podcast is so amazing! You offer so much deep knowledge on such important health related subjects and your passion to help people is so strong!! Thank you!!
For those who have struggled with unexplained symptoms all their life, Dr. Stephanie’s journey provides hope for all. She courageously shares her own health journey and demonstrates incredible perseverance at the obstacles she herself has overcome. Her willingness to dive deeper into the causes, understand the human body and alternative treatment options is a breath of fresh air for those who are unwilling to settle for the answers western medicine provides.
I really think functional medicine is the future of healthcare. I spent several years with severe symptoms and the typical story of going to conventional doctors none of which had any idea what was going on. Then I started seeing a functional doctor and everything started turning around. I had a leaky gut, severe pathogen overgrowths in my gut, and adrenal fatigue from it all. There is help out there!
