I enjoyed the steady gate of speaking. I was transported somewhere, long enough to forget, if only for a moment, my continual worries & stress, which usually keep me from eating (not good because my body goes into starvation mode, and holds onto any food I do eventually eat. I have to force myself to eat before afternoon, because I just don’t feel hunger, and then, I often make unhealthy choices). She says to imagine you’re on a long dock going in to the ocean but later says you’re on a deck with tables and umbrellas. She says there’s a slight breeze but suddenly there’s palm trees you can hear the leaves rustling all the way back on the shore while you’re at the far end of this dock. I live in PA, so me picturing a beach/dock scene doesn’t have trees and definitely not palm trees. I just kept getting frustrated that what I’m to picture keeps changing and just doesn’t make sense.
