Hello people! My name is Sean Conohan. Join me as I chip away at the stigma associated with mental illness in the First Responder world, one inspirational guest at a time. My mission is to have guests on with clinical expertise, legislative authority, or stories of hope to remind us that we are absolutely not alone.

Today was my first experience with this podcast. As someone with a parent and two siblings who are first responded, I am grateful that this podcast exists. Creating a safe space for people speak about pain and healing is important. Going a step further to check-in at the end of the podcast is brilliant. I gave this podcast 4 stars just because there is always room for improvement.
This is my favourite podcast. I love listening to Sean and his guests. Always so much wisdom and insight. If you are a First Responder or you love one - this is the podcast that can help you understand this lifestyle.
This podcast is a great place to learn from others while being inspired to create change in your life.
Great work supporting a very important group of people who face trauma in a daily basis - first responders ! So helpful to many.
Listening to Sean from episode one of UpTalk has been a great experience. The episodes cover emergency responders, military and those that love/care for them. Sean has a line where he says the phone receiver weighs a ton when you decide you need to make that call for help. I always liked that quote, but until I experienced lifting that receiver, I didn’t realize how true it is. Thank you Sean and Tema for all you do and I look forward to many more episodes.
