    If you think the Pandman is just about fasting, then you have not listened very well.

    Kyle is not only one of the worlds leading experts in fasting if not the leading expert, but an accomplished fitness expert, a very successful business owner, an amazing father and a exceptional coach.

    I’ve done 16:8 fasting almost my whole life, I never really felt hungry as soon as I wake up. Also have pretty much always worked out, I know I feel better. However, I’ve also put my body through a lot with consuming alcohol and “growing with the crowd” when it comes to nutrition.
