As someone with a background in severe psychological and spiritual abuse (among many others, but having done the greatest damage), I have hoped for a podcast like this for probably 7 years. So glad to discover your work and for that love to be used by the Holy Spirit to heal and change me.
This is a niche podcast, not because it isn’t needed, but because not many can get at these topics in a graceful, helpful, restorative way. I’m grateful to have stumbled upon it and I really appreciate the time out into these episodes, as well as the seemingly back and forth nature of the podcast; addressing questions from listeners. Thank you to Kyle and the many guests.
As a fellow church member since the 90s in another state & also in mental heath field (LPC), the info you share is so valuable. Thanks & keep up the good work!!!
This podcast is helping me to better understand myself, others, the church and God!
Love this podcast and have gained so much from the first handful of podcasts I’ve listened to. This is especially helpful for Christians that don’t have a great understanding of psychology
