This is a podcast that I really want to make sure I’m focused and has my attention there’s so much to unpack, and so much wonderful information provided by Annie and her guest speakers. I’m a 9 so naturally I can’t wait to get to that episode, but what I’ve listen to so far is so relatable! I can’t wait to continue in this series, thank you Annie!!!!
Triad warriors is a great podcast that just about anyone can relate to and learn something from. Everyone eats - it’s a necessary part of survival, but everyone eats differently!
