I just listened to “healing sounds of the heart” and I absolutely loved it! I loved it so much I am checking out other podcasts on this channel!
Just listened to my first episode (# 94 with Sara & Shane) ~ Very interesting!
I could hear their passion, which hooked me & makes me want to create my own routines/rituals! Or… maybe just “wake up” to some I already have, but didn’t realize? I’m inspired to start looking at what’s creating positive energy in my day to day and separate out what is likely just habit energy that serves no purpose —
Will definitely check out more episodes! Thanks folks!

Like Super Mario, I mushroom boost every morning then go work out 96 minutes straight, and break five to six other wills in the process! Sara’s micro dose series is a slam dunk of wisdom not only for your morning shake, but also for your soul intake! Tune in but don’t tune out!
What I needed to hear, when I needed it the most. Thank you
I find this podcast hits some great points from mental health, life experiences, and even business practices. Also the combination of the long form and short form fit perfectly into my day. If I’m short in time I’ll throw on a micro episode and if I’m sitting down to work, I’ll listen to a macro episode. Can’t wait to see this podcast reach more people, because it’s certainly helped in my own life.
And possibly my favorite podcast. The short-form :micro episodes with Sara are like free therapy sessions, without being prescriptive and the long-form :macro episodes with Kyle are ones that I genuinely look forward to. With both forms, you’re getting nuggets of wisdom and listening to some of the most insightful (and entertaining) conversations out there.
Love the wisdom of this podcast. The information is down into tangible tools
for better everyday living. It’s my go to listen.
I appreciate that the episodes aren’t extremely long. Some podcasts are so long you’ve got to take notes to remember it all. These are short, to the point and Sara really helps the points stick. I appreciate her knowledge and the way she conveys the messages in this podcast.
Can 12 minutes change your life? You bet. Listen to Sara Russell. She opens the heart, body, and mind in ways both gentle and explosive. If a better self and a better world come about one step at a time, then this is where it begins. Deep insight. Real life suggestions. Humor. Delight. Smarts. Listening feels like a trusted and true friend holding your hand first to steady you and then to join you on a wonderful journey. Thank you Sara.
Are there more stars than 5? No? Well, there should be! Sara gives us more than advice, they are giving us practical, tangible, life changing tools that we all need in this ever shifting and often painful world. This podcast feels like a light in the dark, a nourishing and soul feeding necessity-- it warms my heart, makes me laugh, makes me think and gives me critical insight while also making me feel seen and affirmed as a queer and non-binary human. I am so grateful for Sara and this podcast. ... more
I don’t know how Sara knows exactly what I need to hear, right when I need to hear it, but I am grateful! Thank you!!
Just took a long road trip with friends and listened to Sara the entire way and wasn’t done listening to her nuggets of gold by the time we arrived to where we were going. Sara is thoughtful and creative and says EXACTLY the things I need to hear. I love her references and how she considers all genders and a vast array of comfort zones with everything ranging from sex to how we set boundaries. I want more!!! Thanks for giving us EVERYTHING to process for hours in the car on our adventure. I know... more

This podcast is a real great public service as it offers free high quality information, deep thinking, and skills for change. I’ve been working with Sara for over a year now so I listen to this podcast as a complement to our coaching sessions. It is now part of my Tuesday and Thursday morning routine. Thank you MUD for sharing Sara Russell’s soothing voice and radical insights with the world.
