    I love that this podcast hits on all aspect of life and relationships. The episode with Daniel Stillman about designing converstions was so insightful! The more I listen, the more understand how communication is key to lowering conflict in our relationships. More people need to learn how to have conscious communication and stop blaming and shaming our partners, and learn to take responsibility for our emotions and triggers.
