Smart, witty, and amazing research of both Americaâs history and modern times with sound bites that keep the discussion super interesting.
This is my must listen, never miss an episode pod. Several episodes Iâve listened to multiple times. Caro (who hooked me on TikTok) and Katie are well researched, thoughtful and freaking hilarious in their attempt to make sense of the chaos. I canât decide if listening makes me feel better or worse about things but I always leave feeling better informed! Also, the philanthropy part of what they do will keep me paying that subscription fee happily.
Every episode is filled with hate and mockery and judgement towards how other people choose to live. These two are angry with the world and believe in their own superiority.
Where else can you hear a host shoutout FDR and Hailey Bieber in the same sentence?
Useful and informative deep dives in an era of lunacy. Iâd appreciate it if theyâd consistently put mentioned links in the show notes instead of just on substack. I canât subscribe to everything everywhere and still eat, and I donât connect apps.
