  • Over it

I hate to say it, but I was a subscribing member since 2020 and have stopped listening because I don’t find Jordana and Jared relatable at all anymore—-they’ve moved on with their lives and we should have hosts who are better suited to discuss dating topics. There is a lifespan to everything.

  • Jared, why so angry?

Love the pod. Longtime Benefits + JTrain Patreon subscriber. Thrilled to hear Jared sounding genuinely happy lately.

One recurring issue, though: when guests come on that Jared doesn’t already know well — especially fellow podcasters — the energy shifts and he gets oddly combative. Example: I also think Andy Levine being secretive about his career is kind of bizarre. But listening to Jared go IN on him while Andy awkwardly laughs it off was uncomfortable.

I didn’t leave thinking, “Wow, screw A... more

  • Love these guys

Ok it seems obvious to me that the U Up staff is writing fake emails to match the background of the guest. This was particularly obvious during Jordana’s leave and also during the “married to a gay man” episode. Feels very insincere. Please stop. Or take it a step further and have chat gpt write the fake emails.

  • The subscription increase is CRAZY

Come on guys, another price increase? And such a big jump. The price was just raised recently. I’m a longtime subscriber but I’m out.

Dr. Orna On The Biggest Mistake Couples Make

I maintain strict confidentiality for private patients and see TV participation as a separate frame, with the understanding that it changes the therapist-patient dynamic and requires explicit boundaries.
Dr. Orna On The Biggest Mistake Couples Make
Q: When is it too early or too late to start couples therapy?
Starting too early can reflect insecurity about the relationship, while waiting too long allows entrenched patterns to solidify; a real pattern should be evident before seeking help.
Dr. Orna On The Biggest Mistake Couples Make
Q: What is your typical approach when you start working with a couple on therapy?
I assess the relationship as the patient, identify the underlying needs and conflicts, and work toward creating a space where both partners feel heard while moving away from a blame mindset.
Ryan Seacrest’s Dating Red Flags Make No Sense
Q: What should a woman do if a potential partner wants to date platonically first before romance?
Recognize that this may reflect his safety needs or communication style, but if it doesn't align with her own needs, it's fair to reassess and set clear expectations or move on.
My Partner Makes Me Feel Stupid… Now What? ft Emma Willmann
Q: How can someone address this issue without escalating conflict?
