I found out about this podcast after searching for a podcast interview with Dr. Juris. The new podcast (Fitness for Consumption) that he hosts offers fitness professionals critical information regarding the science of exercise and motor learning. Many of the popular trends in the industry are scrutinized and I appreciate how the show is not married to any one concept or technique, but rather looks to science to guide decisions.
