
These are the things I wish I heard when I was younger. Things I wish were taught to me so that I can navigate my feelings. This is the permission I very much needed as a full-blown adult with a sensitive arse. Because well... I'm actually okay with that, because there is nothing wrong with feeling things that little bit more deeply than most.
