I appreciate this practice so much. The step by step instructions allow me to fully focus on my practice and be in the moment. There’s a session for when I need a light and restorative day and ones for when I need to awaken my body and my practice. With covid and more stay at home days this allows me access to a class at anytime. I love that I can pop my AirPods in and don’t have to constantly look at a screen. It’s just me and my yoga (and a guiding voice). ❤️
I practice at Carrie’s studio several times a week, but also practice at home. This is a great option when you can’t make it to the studio, but want to flow along with an instructor without watching a video. Great idea and great delivery on this, thank you!
This is an excellent comprehensive yoga practice! While a podcast is never a replacement for a yoga community. This is a great option when life doesn’t allow you to get to your studio. I’m looking forward to hearing more from Yoga at Home!
