I have been following Anthony’s journey since 2017 and it mirrors my own. I lost 165 pounds and got to my goal weight in 2017 only to gain it back in 2020-2022. Listening to Anthony have me the courage to go back to WW and I’ve lost 70 pounds on my way back to goal. I truly appreciate his putting out the podcast on schedule religiously and I listen on my daily walks. Thank you very much!!
Anthony let’s you know right off the bat who he is. He’s a sensitive guy, trying to better himself. Nothing wrong with any of that! Anthony has inspired me, taught me and made me sad. The sadness happens when he’s not happy with himself, which makes me realize I should work harder on being happy where I am and with who I am. Considering how dang old I am, it has taken me way too long to learn this, but Anthony is helping me get there. Anthony, thanks for always moving forward!
I just recently started listening to Anthony’s podcast. I appreciate his vulnerability and opening up in every episode. As someone who has struggled with weight since childhood I totally relate to what Anthony talks about week to week.
Anthony opens up about his life and is totally honest. Many people have similar issues and hearing someone talk about them is really helpful. I’m really enjoying being on the journey with him. I look forward to each new episode.
Anthony is the real one like no other. He is HILARIOUS & just keeps it real. He is a joy to listen to and doesn’t realize how inspiring he is. Keep moving forward man, you’re killing it!!
