  • All credibility lost after Laura Owen’s episode

So disappointing. Important content… and yet… credibility went out the window with the Laura Owen’s episode. There are multiple court cases against her for HER abuse and harassment of male victims—all in the public record. Clearly has some kind factitious disorder. Episode should be removed if there is any ounce of credibility to this show.

  • Mark Matson episode is inexplicable

This guy might as well be a right wing talking AI module.

His binary capitalism v socialist / capitalism thinking a waste.

Need a much stronger hand reeling him into creative topic if even have him on

His topic is played and his delivery is lifted = not very creative.

  • That ep with Mike was EVERYTHING!

Hi Srini, loved that conversation with Mike about Startups in Why Some Startups Change the Future! I resonated with what you talked about - that most technology breakthroughs are standing on the shoulders of giants - that in some ways it’s like you’re forming new connections between what exists already and what just came about. Left 5-star ratings and reviews!

Andrew Horn: Finding Your Grain of Truth Through Service and Emotional Mastery
Q: What sparked your shift from promoting nightlife to dedicating yourself to meaningful service and entrepreneurship?

Anna Lembke: Why Your Brain Mistakes Instagram for Heroin
Q: What practical steps can individuals take to regain control over digital consumption?

Anna Lembke: Why Your Brain Mistakes Instagram for Heroin
Q: Is there a clear line between normal smartphone use and addiction?
Addiction isn't simply about quantity; it's about the brain's adaptation to repeated high-dopamine exposure, the inability to stop despite harms, and the presence of withdrawal symptoms when trying to stop.
Anna Lembke: Why Your Brain Mistakes Instagram for Heroin
Q: Can you explain what is happening in the brain when we open Instagram and doom-scroll?
The brain's reward circuitry gets a surge of dopamine from social interaction and visual stimuli; over time there is a deficit in dopamine signaling, leading to craving, withdrawal-like symptoms, and a push-pull where more exposure is needed to feel normal.
