Jane Goodall reinforced white supremacy in Africa by her erasure of the Indigenous peoples, by upholding colonial conservation ideology that disrupted the way Africans lived in balance with their surrounding ecology for millennia, and completely disregarded local understandings of chimpanzees. Her work leaves a long a devastating impact on the people she harmed and your podcast about her has done a grave disservice to your listeners.
