I’m so grateful to the way this series helps me unpack and understand poetry. I also appreciate the unwavering commitment to raise up and respect diverse and marginalized voices.
Listening to poetry read, interpreted and read again is a beautiful way to experience this art form. Thank you
This is my second review. Recently my adult son and I were discussing the various podcasts we listen to. I noted that Poetry Unbound is my favorite. Why, he asked. Because it soothes my soul was my immediate reply. It connects me to people from different times, cultures and places. It connects me to humanity. My deepest thanks to all who make this podcast possible.
I have always wanted to be able to hear poetry spoken aloud and this is a great podcast for that.
I appreciate the fact that each poem is spoken once then described and reflected on and then read again to give a fuller appreciation for the poem. Every aspect of each episode is thoroughly enjoyable.
Please continue these poetry reading for many years to come.
