I believe the owl theory was never introduced in court. She made it sound as if the defense used it in trial. It didn’t come up until after his conviction. Let’s try to be accurate.

I’m assuming this podcast is old since MP is out of Jail. Also the way it was laid out in this podcast created reasonable doubt more than the documentary or series.
