    Wowwwww!!! I am so grateful I found Linda’s trauma healing podcast. I’ve checked out so many resources, and Linda’s perspective works best for me because her teachings incorporate spiritual teachings that resonate with my own beliefs. Wholistic healing (at least for me) has to have a spiritual component because healing childhood trauma IS spiritual work.
