I was specifically looking for a podcast ran by black women that was going to speak to my mind, spirit and heart. I came across this podcast this year and couldn’t stop listening! I absolutely LOVE this podcast. It brings me clarity, perspective, peace, hope, joy and inspiration. I really enjoy listening to this podcast on days when I don’t just want to fill my head with music but instead enhance my mind in ways I didn’t even know i needed too! I am just grateful these two stepped out & made such a great podcast. I have been flipping through the various episodes for about 2 months now! & everyday I learn something new.
