First time tuning in to Tales from a 100-mile journey with Danny Larson @UltraRunner26 as the guest. A really enjoyable listen with great information and tips from an experienced runner like Danny. I will listen to more. Thank you.
I just got crushed by deathly humidity in Richmond Va and the saving grace was Michael’s soothing voice giving me pointers and tricks to improve my running. I’m a novice at best but I keep pushing. This podcast is going to keep me motivated to try new techniques and stretches to keep me injury free and hitting my next PR.
Thanks!
