  • Podcast junkie

I listen to a variety of podcasts across the spectrum daily as I do dog walks, drive in the car, etc. I came across this podcast in searching for those that promote resiliency - something much needed in general but definitely in our current global situation. Ryan and those she interviews have given us a Master Class in this topic and I have recommended this podcast highly to friends but also felt that was worth mentioning here too :)
