I’ve loved to hear Elizabeth speak for years. That I can now also listen to her in a podcast is beyond amazing. Not only is she the nicest person but what she says always has a big value. Everyone should listen to this podcast to learn more about his/her own health and how everything is connected. This is knowledge about health in an easily understandable way without drowning you in medical terms. Just illuminating.
Elizabeth holds a wealth of knowledge but, she doesn’t hold it close- she’s out here sharing it with all of us. Her warmth, care and compassion for others shines through and listening feels like having a cup of tea with your best friend.
I loved your first episode and I’m looking forward to hearing more! 💖
