  • Lifestyle Changes Do Work

I found Shana on IG and both her account, full of super important information that I never would have received from my doctor plus her Low Insulin Academy program have been helping me immensely. I still have a long way to go but her podcast are such a great learning tool and I’m pleased to be one of her students!

  • A Wealth of Good Health Info

I discovered Shanah when I started intermittent fasting last year and through that season, she helped me find answers to the health challenges I’ve faced in my life in the past few decades! I am so excited about her new teaching on Cortisol and Circadian rhythms. Based on what she’s revealed so far on her podcast, I think that issue might be the missing piece to solve my most pressing health struggles right now. Highly recommend !
