  • Hilariously dreadful

So poor it’s funny. I only clawed my way through one episode about natural candles (wrong) and spring water nonsense, machines realigning our spines(!) I’m sure the Sun and Mail provide a great source but I’m tuning out on this one! Awful.

  • Great podcast just one thought!

I just listened to your “Small Habits, Big Impact” podcast episode and I absolutely loved the topic—such important awareness you’re bringing to the public! One small note: I’d love it even more if you both gave each other a bit more space to finish your thoughts. Sometimes it felt like one of you was about to say something great, but got cut off mid-sentence. Just a little tweak that could make a big difference!

Everything I’m really particularly interested in as all the topics are not only intresting but so so helpful and the fact you ask them so many questions we need or would like to know, for example where we can buy or find things mentioned and what is the best way start things.. absolutely love it.. wish there was more than one... more
