  • Great podcast just one thought!

I just listened to your “Small Habits, Big Impact” podcast episode and I absolutely loved the topic—such important awareness you’re bringing to the public! One small note: I’d love it even more if you both gave each other a bit more space to finish your thoughts. Sometimes it felt like one of you was about to say something great, but got cut off mid-sentence. Just a little tweak that could make a big difference!

  • So grateful for this podcast!

I’ve always listened to lots of health and wellness podcasts but they tend to be by American presenters so not everything they discuss applies or is accurate for my life. So pleased to have found this podcast and hear on all things wellness from the point of view of living in the UK!
