  • The BEST!!

Honestly, I listen to so many different podcasts and I always sort of tune out halfway through but every single one of these episodes have been so informative and gripping. • So grateful for this podcast!

I’ve always listened to lots of health and wellness podcasts but they tend to be by American presenters so not everything they discuss applies or is accurate for my life. So pleased to have found this podcast and hear on all things wellness from the point of view of living in the UK!

It’s an opinion and a choice to eat the “ancestral way”. You should not be making (or allowing your guests to make) unscientific claims about the health benefits of raw milk, bee pollen and organ meat with... more
