  • Hilariously dreadful

So poor it’s funny. I only clawed my way through one episode about natural candles (wrong) and spring water nonsense, machines realigning our spines(!) I’m sure the Sun and Mail provide a great source but I’m tuning out on this one! Awful.

  • Great podcast just one thought!

I just listened to your “Small Habits, Big Impact” podcast episode and I absolutely loved the topic—such important awareness you’re bringing to the public! One small note: I’d love it even more if you both gave each other a bit more space to finish your thoughts. Sometimes it felt like one of you was about to say something great, but got cut off mid-sentence. Just a little tweak that could make a big difference!

  • The BEST!!

Honestly, I listen to so many different podcasts and I always sort of tune out halfway through but every single one of these episodes have been so informative and gripping. Everything I’m really particularly interested in as all the topics are not only intresting but so so helpful and the fact you ask them so many questions we need or would like to know, for example where we can buy or find things mentioned and what is the best way start things.. absolutely love it.. wish there was more than one... more

Breast Cancer at 30: Combining Chemotherapy & Holistic Treatment | An Integrative Approach with Katie Wallwork
Q: Katie, can you start by telling us more about your diagnosis story and what the average process is for someone who thinks that they might have breast cancer?
Katie describes being diagnosed at 30 with triple-negative breast cancer, detailing the fast escalation from noticing a lump to biopsy and imaging, the role of private ultrasounds, and how the NHS workflow can delay access, which led her to seek private options and advocate for a collaborative, patient-driven approach.
Magnesium, Mushrooms & Modern Motherhood with Hollie King
Q: What is coming next for Sweet Bee Organics?
Exciting new products including a tic repellent and a mushroom-derived PDRN face mist, plus continued expansion into the EU and broader global markets while maintaining rigorous quality and transparency.
Magnesium, Mushrooms & Modern Motherhood with Hollie King
Q: What makes your magnesium butter different from others on the market?
We source high-quality magnesium from an ancient seabed, ensure Soil Association certification and in-house manufacturing to maintain control over every batch, and we emphasize proper topical use and skin-friendly formulations.
Magnesium, Mushrooms & Modern Motherhood with Hollie King
Q: So briefly, what are the signs that your child might need more Magnesium?
Look for symptoms like trouble sleeping, restless legs, anxiety during school transitions, and mood changes; magnesium helps regulate brain chemistry and supports sleep and calm, especially in children who may be neurodivergent or under stress.
The Hidden Nutrient Deficiencies Affecting Your Child's Brain, Mood & Behaviour with Lucinda Miller
Q: What do you test for in your clinic when you're working with families dealing with ADHD or autism?
We use a combination of gut-focused assessments (stool tests, metabolomics, hair testing) and more accessible non-blood tests like urine analysis and saliva DNA tests to build a holistic view of each child's nutrition and detox pathways before selecting the right tests for the individual.
