    I downloaded several episodes and tried them out. I was interested the descriptions and topics. However, this guy never speaks from mental health research (because he is not a mental health professional), only his (very negative) personal opinions. I listened to one all the way through, and two about halfway through. I try to do this with every podcast to give them a chance. I don’t mind the profanity. It’s the negativity I cannot stand.
