    When I first started this podcast - it was very helpful because I was in the midst of trying to figure out if I should leave a toxic relationship due to my own codependency. However, as I truly spiraled into a dark space, needing some encouragement outside of therapy, I feel like this podcast focused more on how codependency looks in romantic relationships.
