  • Wow!

Every point was spot on for me; the guilt, the shame, the over explaining, the wasted bandwidth. I am addicted to saying yes when I want to say no. I am so scared of boundaries and whenever anyone gives me push back I cave because I second guess by telling myself it’s harmless they just want to know how I am feeling on a deep level and they care about me so I should tell them everything. It’s truly Life saving, I literally want to write this on my hand today to remember!!! Thank you! I feel emp... more

  • One of my few go-to regular listens

I first learned about Teri when she was a guest on Shrink Chicks to talk about boundaries. While I already was well-informed about the concept of personal, emotional boundaries within relationships, Teri provided new, in-depth insights with powerful stores. Authentic, compassionate, practical, honest discussions and explanations, without cringy sentiment, is exactly what I need during my better-boundaries era.
