  • Truly Heals Me

I found Terri years ago when Ariana Grande posted her book, Boundary Boss, on Instagram. I read it and needed more of her work. I cannot even begin to share how life changing her work has been. She helped me set boundaries with family, at work, and gave me the courage to leave a toxic relationship of 6 years. I honestly don’t know if I would be here if it wasn’t for her. I recommend her books and this podcast to all of my clients at work, to every friend and family member going through HFC strug... more

  • Life changing

Terri Cole has helped me to “spot the lies” I have been trained to believe. So helpful to recognize what is mine to own, fix, heal. And more importantly, what is NOT mine to own, fix, heal. Highly recommend to anyone who struggles with taking on too much.

  • Staying in my lane 😉

I truly believe it’s never too late to learn, and at 57 years old, I am at last learning how to set boundaries with everyone in my life! I found your show last month after having a “Why do I care so much?” mental breakdown. I am an HSP, empath and codependent who is slowly changing. Some days it does feel mean to say no, but it is so liberating, and “stay in your lane” has become my mantra. Thank you, Terri!!
