  • Thanks, Terri!

I’ve been listening to your work for over a year, and have shared episodes with others. Thank you for your thoughtful and concise deep dives. I also read your book about HFC and it sure hit home-AND enabled me to recognize (not diagnose) those behaviors in others. Thanks!

I listen in the morning while I am getting ready for work, and throughout the day while driving around seeing patients. I am an RN, and such a people pleaser. I look forward to new podcasts! • Wow!

Every point was spot on for me; the guilt, the shame, the over explaining, the wasted bandwidth. I am addicted to saying yes when I want to say no. I am so scared of boundaries and whenever anyone gives me push back I cave because I second guess by telling myself it’s harmless they just want to know how I am feeling on a deep level and they care about me so I should tell them everything. It’s truly Life saving, I literally want to write this on my hand today to remember!!! Thank you! I feel emp... more
