  • Best Podcast EVER!

This podcast, hands down, was the thing that took me to the next level in my healing journey during COVID. I like to tell people it took me from Beth 1.0 to Beth 2.0. I am happy to say I have been working hard on Beth 3.0 over the past 6 months and feel Beth 4.0 right around the corner.

  • Enjoy

I really enjoy how Michelle focuses on what it truly means to become an adult and how that shows up in everyday life. The way she compares the adult self to the adolescent and inner-child “chairs” is thoughtful and easy to understand. I love hearing the different reactions and perspectives she explores in each episode. Her process makes so much sense to me, and every time I listen, I gain more clarity about the kind of adult I want to be and how I want to show up in the world.

  • Amazing down to earth guidance.

I have been using Michelle’s meditations on YouTube for about 2 years and they’ve been instrumental in healing from a lot of childhood trauma. I bought her book when it was released this year (The Adult Chair) and loved it! It has helped me delve even deeper into further healing and her guidance helps me rewire old unhealthy patterns I learnt as a child. Michelle’s podcasts are the cherry on top which offer me further inspiration to continue healing, for me, because I deserve it. Thank you so mu... more

Michelle, you should read your bad reviews. I was interested in this podcast but if you are inviting sexist and exclusionary people on your pod....honey....check the room. The nation is in a state of horror and upheaval. What beast do you want to feed? If you wanna feed that one, bye
