I bought her book when it was released this year (The Adult Chair) and loved it! It has helped me delve even deeper into further healing and her guidance helps me rewire old unhealthy patterns I learnt as a child. Michelle’s podcasts are the cherry on top which offer me further inspiration to continue healing, for me, because I deserve it. Thank you so mu... more

  • Excellent podcast

I am in my mid fifties and about two years from retirement with a 20yo daughter in college. I listen to self improvement, leadership and retirement podcasts. The adult chair is easy to listen and so diverse in the advice provided. I look forward to each episode
