I just discovered Anna’s work and I started the daily practice on Wednesday. I suffer chronic insomnia and have had child hood trauma. It’s only been a few days but since starting the daily practice I have slept through the night. I feel a change in myself. I’m calmer and more self aware. Thank you Anna.
Life changing material that is so well developed & delivered. Grateful.
