  • Disappointed that BetterHelp is a Sponsor

I really hate to hear that BetterHelp is a sponsor!!! They have a track record of not treating patients or providers with care or respect. They dropped a friend of mine in the middle of a crisis! Closed her account and stole her work-provided credits. She was left without any support because of this and the situation escalated. She nearly ended her life and had to rely on 988 and other resources to get through.

Please reconsider your sponsors. BetterHelp really harms people.

I’ve dove in to this pod and listened to dozens of episodes just in the last 3 weeks or so. I find myself saying “exactly!!!” Multiple times while listening and especially to the episode about never being heard. It was like you were in my head and I finally felt seen! I want to share that w... more

  • In my head

It’s hard to describe how almost every time I play an episode it resonates so hard it feels like .. like my guardian angels led me there or something. Finally doing the daily practice, although not quite daily. Yet.

Anna- thank you for sharing your earned wisdom.
