  • Good Stuff, Terrible Ad Placement

I was really invested in the content of a particular segment, however the plethora of ads playing back to back was just too much!

  • Content is so good

But the audio quality is so bad.

Equalize it. So I can listen to it without having to deal with my hyper-sensitive nervous system losing it over wild volume levels

The Power of Memoir in Healing With Dr. Frank Anderson
Q: What has trauma taught you?
Personally, I wouldn't be who I am without my trauma history. I'm grateful that I chose this family to grow up in. I learned a lot about love and connection through my trauma.
The Power of Memoir in Healing With Dr. Frank Anderson
Q: What was the experience like for you going through all of this regarding healing?
It was a very elaborate process, much more intensive than I ever thought it was going to be. Writing helped me connect the dots that therapy for years had not allowed me to do.
The Power of Parts in Healing Trauma With Robin Shapiro
Q: For some of the developmental trauma, would ego state therapy be enough? Or do you think you need to add maybe EMDR?
Oftentimes, ego state therapy can effectively address many issues, but sometimes it may require additional methods like EMDR, depending on the client's needs.
The Power of Parts in Healing Trauma With Robin Shapiro
Q: So what about those people who, let's say, are not DID, but have parts that show up, say a young child or someone, you get triggered and you know it feels younger?
They can remember when that is, but often in therapy, we help them recognize and manage those younger feelings and aspects that emerge.
Brainspotting & Healing Trauma With David Grand, Ph.D.
Q: What can Brainspotting help with besides trauma?
It can also be beneficial for anger, depression, and anxiety by looking at the underlying developmental experiences of a person.
