I’ve been working with the same trauma therapist for twenty years. My life and trauma have become much more manageable but I feel stuck. Listening to this show has brought so many new voices, insights, strategies and relatable stories to my life…I feel so much more hopeful about all of the new learning and resources that are discussed and introduced. Thank you for this show!

I just started listening and following this podcast and I already love it so much. Thank you to you and all of your guests, its an honor to join you in healing.đź’•
The content is useful but the audio is painful to listen too. I don’t know if it’s audio issues but the host’s voice is so shrill and high pitched. It’s not pleasant to listen to and really gets in the way of the message.
