Not only does Dr. Kim host a great podcast, she generously shared all of her podcasting tips at the Alt Summit. I was lucky to be in the audience!
Dr. Kim has a refreshing interview style. She is a great communicator and skilfully leads the conversation with her guest to provide as much value for her audience as possible.
Dr Kim is great! Her podcasts cover a variety of topics that apply to people in any stage of parenthood. I loved episode 84 about balancing hormones. Her guest gave great practical tips for nourishing your body and I really loved how she said a “self check in”, rather than self care which can often make us feel like we have another thing on our to-do list. Loved the perspective of nourishing your body and giving it rest so that your body can feel safe and work properly!
Episode 79 with Kristin Way was great! She has such good energy and it was interesting hearing her talk about ghosts, books, Disney, and touring while parenting. I’ll speak for the MCR fandom and say that we all love Kristin and that her and Mikey are such a great couple! She’s so real and fun!
Dr. Kim always has great guests who are extremely knowledgeable in their field. Can’t wait to see who she brings on next knowing it will be quality content to help in my parenting. Thanks Dr. Kim!!
