  • Practical and applicable tips

Dr Kim is great! Her podcasts cover a variety of topics that apply to people in any stage of parenthood. I loved episode 84 about balancing hormones. Her guest gave great practical tips for nourishing your body and I really loved how she said a “self check in”, rather than self care which can often make us feel like we have another thing on our to-do list. Loved the perspective of nourishing your body and giving it rest so that your body can feel safe and work properly!

  • Loved Episode 79

Episode 79 with Kristin Way was great! She has such good energy and it was interesting hearing her talk about ghosts, books, Disney, and touring while parenting. I’ll speak for the MCR fandom and say that we all love Kristin and that her and Mikey are such a great couple! She’s so real and fun!

  • Good content, bad presenter

The show owner has great Ghassan with great content/tips for parents, no doubt. But, she constantly asks leading questions rather than open ended questions, sometimes stammering through the same question three or four times before finally letting her guess speak. Sometimes she also has gas on the show who are there only to sell their products, I’ll be at helpful I’m sure. Happy inside, if you can overlook these two blunders, especially the first one, since it’s a really bad constant tendency of ... more
