The work Jess Flores is doing with the Next shift podcast, next shift academy, and the Debrief is absolutely amazing. This is much needed and is answering the call of many first responders who have often been left with no help or answers to difficult situation. I recently found the Next Shift podcast thanks to LinkedIn & it’s host Jessica Flores. I punched my ticket, so to speak, on January 1st, 2024.
