  • Needed and helpful!

The work Jess Flores is doing with the Next shift podcast, next shift academy, and the Debrief is absolutely amazing. This is much needed and is answering the call of many first responders who have often been left with no help or answers to difficult situation. As someone with lived experienced in this arena, I very much appreciate the hard work she is doing to help.

  • Mastering the Next Shift!

Jess masterfully blends her experiences as an LEO forced into retirement to show folks that there is life after law enforcement. Her take on “your life has just begun” is inspirational. Every episode brings another piece to the puzzle of how, even though “what’s next” may be a scary thought you can do it! Great work, Jess!
