Great dynamic between the two therapists. You can tell they’re knowledgeable about healthy coping skills as well as honest about the bumps in the road when learning new skills and dealing with emotions. A nice, semi-raw honest take on the mental health journey and how important it is to invest in one’s self. Great flow, witty banter & most importantly keeps the humor laced in with deep/hard topics. Nicely done! Keep on keeping on ladies!
It’s a real and raw discussion from 2 therapists, which is just what I needed (even though I didn’t know it at the time). They go deep on mental health, not just talk about the high-level, general stuff. They’re very relatable. And you can tell they have seen some things over the years!
