  • Listen and grow

I have been really enjoying your podcast, the first one I’ve actually listened to btw! Your 20s are very difficult and you’ve helped me reassure and push myself to be a better version of myself. Every week I put on my headphones for an episode or two while I’m doing dishes or sitting outside contemplating life. I recommend this to anybody who comes across this… just listen.

The way the show ends with asking you to reflect on an idea from the episode is so brilliant and an awesome way to remind the listener about what they just listened to. Awesome!
