  • Background music makes it unbearable

Couldn’t even make it 5 mins in as there’s some background music with the same beat over and over again that made it unlistenable. Really was looking forward to hearing some of these stories and I feel bad for people who are sharing these heartfelt tales to have it ruined by this.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Sexual Abuse at 4, Pregnant at 14, Prison at 17 | Natalie Russell's Story
Q: What was the turning point that led you to change your life after prison?
A combination of spiritual experience, detox, therapy, and a decision to protect her children and herself from further harm; she also committed to 12-step recovery, pursued education in counseling, and began coaching to break the cycle for herself and others.
Sexual Abuse at 4, Pregnant at 14, Prison at 17 | Natalie Russell's Story
Q: How did the early years and formative relationships shape your later choices?
Her early childhood, abandonment by her father, financial stress, and a lack of loving boundaries created a foundation where she learned to seek validation in unstable relationships and cope with trauma through substance use, which then cascaded into a cycle of abuse and crime before she found a path to recovery.
The Fitness Coach Who Suffered from Bulimia for 30 Years | Scott Harrison
Q: How do you handle the balance between enjoying life and maintaining results after the program ends?
The program teaches customers how to party twice a week within a balanced framework; over time, many find that cravings shift toward healthier options and the long‑term habit becomes easier, with ongoing support through groups and additional cycles if they choose to continue.
The Fitness Coach Who Suffered from Bulimia for 30 Years | Scott Harrison
Q: So listen, I guess just set the scene and tell us what qualifies you to be that life changer through those three things.
I transformed my own life starting in 2015 by committing to a structured 75‑day program that blends nutrition, fitness, and mindset, and I built a world‑class team around a scalable online system that uses science and habit formation to change lives across 77 countries, always focusing on balance and sustainability rather than quick fixes.
The Gladiator Mindset: How to Win When Everything's Against You | Dariush Soudi
Q: Where did the idea to start Gladiator Mastery come from, and how did it evolve?
A student urged the guest to share his story; a small, one-hour talk grew into a large, multi-speaker event called Gladiator Summit, which then expanded into ongoing seminars and a broader Gladiator brand.
