  • Thank you

I just started this podcast and a few episodes have done more for me than the entire 20 years I’ve been in therapy. I feel hopeful for the first time in my life and I’m noticing positive change already. I feel like there is the me before this podcast and the me after. Thank you so much XO

  • Remember the target audience

This is a show made to help people who are emotionally unhealthy. Keep that in mind when you read the negative reviews. The podcast is 10/10 and agrees with (good) psychologists. It’s heart warming, entertaining, easily understandable and incredibly helpful. If you have had challenges in your personal relationships, you owe it to yourself to listen to this show. Thank you for everything you have done for me, Brian.

Thank you for giving me the information I needed to begin the 12 step process of apologizing to my children. Being an emotionally unhealthy parent has had a long lasting affect. It’s time for me to step up and acknowledge my actions as well as my indifference to their feelings
