The first few episodes are worth listening to, but mid-season 1 until at least season 3 he contradicts himself numerous times and the ‘show’ becomes more about himself and promoting his paid ‘classes’ than about presenting relevant information/stories about emotional health. more

I would recommend this podcast to anyone that has borderline personality disorder or anyone that has a loved one with it. Episodes are packed with practical knowledge and useful and charming antidotes to help illustrate the host’s points (one of my favorites is his story about his hideous toe and shame!)…and occasionally a soothing, twangy song with the host and his guitar, Juanita. more
If you have borderline personality disorder, or any emotional issues this is the best show/insightful infomation on the subject your going to find! Once you listen to all of The Last Symptom podcasts or even a few you begin to realise the true roots of your emtional disorder and how far reaching it is in your life. For me and many others listening to TLS has been a real life saver, what Brian Barnett has to say is in no way empty pointless usless infomation like most other sources of infomation ... more
