I love just listening to her voice! It’s so non judgmental and reassuring. I also love Jess’s approach to keto! It’s about self care, fueling your body with wonderful nutrient dense food so that you feel good, so you’re able to do the other things you need to do like take care of your family. This podcast is truly a favorite and a go to for good keto information!
Jess is so relatable! It’s like she’s talking about my life, my thoughts! Her passion for this lifestyle is contagious and she is willing to help spread her knowledge and tips/tricks, even for free. I have avoided the mindset part of weight loss and it shows. She makes it applicable to every day life.
