    I found Jess while searching for a topic related to keto . To say I love her podcast is an understatement !! She is not only wonderful to listen to but how she blends keto with loving yourself is revolutionary!!!     I love just listening to her voice! It’s so non judgmental and reassuring. I also love Jess’s approach to keto! It’s about self care, fueling your body with wonderful nutrient dense food so that you feel good, so you’re able to do the other things you need to do like take care of your family.
