    There are so many history podcasts out there, and so many good ones already, that it must be daunting to create a new one. Especially about a topic that is not necessarily considered as popular.   • Enjoyable and informative

    This podcast was highly recommended by Dirk at The History of Germany and I’m glad I gave it a listen.

    I love learning about different cultures and their history.

    I’m only on episode 9 right now, but learning how Cologne was established by the Romans over 2,000 years ago and is still a thriving city amazes me.

    I’m American so if anything is over fifty here, that’s amazing, lol.

    Willem (who happens to be German) is a delightful and enjoyable guide to a beautiful city.
