Really enjoyed the podcast and learning how the personal trainer came to learn the skills and make the changes necessary to become a valuable, skilled trainer. I loved the employement stories and got a much better understanding of how a personal trainer evolves and remains an improving work in progress. Thanks for an interesting insight into this topic.
