  • Uncomfortable and possibly concerning episode

About 15-20 minutes into the Climbing out of a Hole episode the host gets stuck on somewhat arguing with the guest about their past therapy experiences. The guest mentions that they asked therapists about next steps and there wasn’t really a plan. The host says that the therapy client is supposed to suggest the next steps (really?), and asks the guest if he never asked about that (even though he already said he did)…What a weird 5 minutes.
