We want to explore different ways to make this “weapon” better in mind, body and spirit. Ex... more

  • Great Show

I really like this show, the hosts are hilarious and informative. What I liked was it was obvious they had read the book they were talking about with the author. Many times, hosts don’t have time or effort to actually read the books. These guys were professional, had great questions and were easy to follow.

Building Modular and Affordable Gear for Everyone with Rob Godek of Ace Tac
Q: How do you manage testing and prototyping to avoid over-promising before a product is ready?
We prototype and revise extensively, testing internally first and then with selected end users; we won't bring a design to market until it's been through several iterations and proven in practice.
Building Modular and Affordable Gear for Everyone with Rob Godek of Ace Tac
Q: How does AceTac decide what to design next—personal experience vs. customer feedback?
We blend our own hands-on experience with feedback from customers and end users; it's roughly a 60-40 balance, with customer input driving many offerings while our team's experience shapes the core line.
Building Modular and Affordable Gear for Everyone with Rob Godek of Ace Tac
Q: What was the first problem AceTac Gear aimed to solve when you started in the garage?
The first problem was making high-quality, durable gear affordable for everyday Americans, especially those with lower budgets like patrol officers, so they could train and gear up without breaking the bank.
How the 2A Boys Are Inspiring the Next Generation of Firearms Enthusiasts
Q: How has social media affected your content and reach, and how do you handle negative feedback?
Media presence has been crucial; public events and personal interactions help grow the brand, and the family discusses negative feedback openly, educating their children about online realities while maintaining safety and boundaries.
How the 2A Boys Are Inspiring the Next Generation of Firearms Enthusiasts
Q: How do you balance homeschooling with the demands of family life, events, and public appearances?
Homeschooling provides flexibility; content comes from a private-school-like arrangement and selective co-ops, with emphasis on core academics while integrating real-world life skills such as business and outdoor life.
