  • feels like you're on a casual call with Kerry every episode!

such a great podcast! it feels like you're on a group facetime call with Kerry and her guest, which is my favorite feeling to have when listening to a podcast. Kerry navigates the various topics within the intersection of being a mother and an aerialist with such grace, and it's always a treat to hear what she and her guests have to say. i would 100% recommend giving it a listen. :)

  • No other podcast like it!

This podcast may seem like it is only for a niche community (which I admit we are rare birds) but it is about so much more than just aerial and motherhood. Kerry has covered so many topics that affect all of us and I can think of no more powerful way to stay connected than sharing stories. I loved the J Lo Baby #2 episode I just finished while nursing my 1 week old baby in the wee hours of the morning (thanks for keeping me awake and entertained)! I’ve been honored to be interviewed as well abou... more

  • fun and inspiring conversations

Hostess Kerry is my Silk teacher. Her Aerial Silk is one of my favorite classes, always fun and challenging, her amazing music playlist is a big plus too! Conversation in this podcast is so much I can relate my life, as a mother, aerialist, talking about injuries… people overcome hardships and so on! So inspiring that I even shared my story on her podcast once.

Q: What advice would you give to aerial mamas who are about to have their baby?
Train while pregnant but be kind to yourself, recognize that your body is changing, rely on your community for support, and remember that there is no one-size-fits-all approach—it's okay to slow down or take a break when needed and still stay connected with your craft.
37 Weeks Pregnant and So Over It: The Cost of Pregnancy with Caity Carney
Q: Caity, introduce yourself to our audience and tell us how pregnant you are.
I'm Caity Carney, and I am 37 weeks pregnant, training with Secret Circus in Philadelphia, and preparing for the arrival of my first child while continuing to perform and train as much as I can safely.
Perimenopausal Weight Gain with Dr. Rebecca Ford ND
Q: What is the difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous fat?
Visceral fat surrounds the organs and is more closely tied to metabolic inflammation, whereas subcutaneous fat sits under the skin; visceral fat is more associated with health risks and overall weight management challenges.
