  • I love this podcast!!

Hi Shannon, thank you so much for this podcast. I love listening when I am running, walking the dogs or waiting for the kids to come out from school. I am a yoga teacher in the UK and I find the wide range of topics that you cover to be supportive, inspiring and hugely helpful. I most recently listened to episode 140 on planning workshops. This came at the perfect time for me as I am beginning to host more workshops and courses and the way you explained how to go about going through the differen... more

  • Episode 332

I loved this episode ! It’s exactly what I needed to hear today bc I woke up this morning so emotional about how I have zero confidence in teaching right now and I honestly feel like I haven’t found my authenticity to add to a class yet . That is important and what stands out the most to me when I take a class . It’s the little things that makes the class memorable. I personally need to find my voice and my little thing that makes me shine and remembered.

I also love the depth and unhurried style of this podcast. As I listen, I have time to absorb the meaningful content. I always get new insights or simply reminders of what I know deep in my heart. • Just what I needed!

This is a fantastic podcast for new and continuing yoga teachers. I stumbled across this podcast when I was just about to start teaching, i.e. the moment when I realised there was still sooo much I didn’t know! I did a 350hr YTT but as I graduated I felt like I had so much left to learn. I love the breadth and range of topics in this podcast, and Shannon’s openness to different perspectives allows the listener to question and learn, no matter where they are at in their yoga journey.
