Silvie has a big heart and such a saving grace as I just experienced a concussion. These bite sized podcast episodes are helpful and on point, especially bringing hope to me in a tough situation and helping me realize a lot of practical steps to take in everyday life after a concussion. Thanks so much!
I was really disappointed that the only information I really cared about accessing from the subscription ended up being behind a second pay wall. All I got was people telling me “good job!” which I didn’t need and wouldn’t have paid for.
I’m 5 months into my concussion and it’s been so validating to hear your story and to recognize for myself the same type of symptoms. It is hard when you look normal to people but aren’t normal in your head! I suffer with a lot of fatigue and I’m limited in how much I can do now, so it’s been hard. Thank you!
Really appreciate listening to Sylvie… thank you for these short podcasts - whenever I’ve hit a blip there’s always something on here that picks me back up ❤️
Sylvie, thank you so much for having the courage and thoughtfulness to create this podcast and this concussion community. I have such a sense of relief listening to someone who understands what I’m going through and who can express it so clearly and fully. Everything you say resonates with me. I don’t feel alone anymore. Bless you.
