Delicious slices of history superbly researched and delivered brilliantly.
A truly absorbing Horrible History for adults with curious and open minds as well as those who love a good story!
Great show. Funny and informative.
Will and Patrick are great. Really interesting and well told stories. This podcast keeps getting better and better.
It has it's good points but it falls down in several crucial areas.
Firstly the breadth of knowledge of the presenters is very limited, that is a problem when they are trying to talk with some degree of authority.
Secondly they never miss a chance to blame everything on the English, now they may well be right most of the time but for any other nation they repeatedly refuse to judge or give a view on other cultures when they have no such problem in saying nothing good comes out of England.
I love the history and how it is brought to life in every episode. Obviously well researched by personable presenters. I look forward to every episode!
