  • Good discussions

I love a podcast about fat liberation, so I’m grateful that this show exists. The amount that the hosts say “mmhmm” instead of verbalizing comments is annoying.

  • A balm

Episode 27 was such a healing listen for me today. It's so easy to get extra hardened right now, even when we have good people to productively rage with, as I am very fortunate to have. But I'm reminded by you all in this episode to bring some softness back to my next interactions with my comrades. (I started by sharing the episode 💜). Thank you so much 🙏🏻

  • Enjoyable, helpful, truthful

I love these two and their guests very much. I’m so glad they speak up and share the truth about anti-fat bias because if you can discuss it I think it takes some of the sting out of the reality we all live with. Yeah for Hilary and Dana. Thank you both for your work.
